I haven’t been able to go running any this week except Monday. It has been raining like crazy! And instead of working out at the gym or something at the house, I just don’t do anything. It’s like if I can’t get outside I have no drive to do anything.
Good news though! I am slowly beating my chocolate cravings. I bought small chocolates to eat when the craving hits. This way I only eat a little bit instead of an entire candy bar! I have even started eating healthier lunches. Well, today anyways. I found out that the cafeteria at work actually has really yummy healthy food. Today it was lemon pepper talapia, steamed vegetables and mixed greens (which means a salad.) I didn’t put any dressing on the salad, I just used the fish to give it some flavor. It was extremely delicious!
Even though I haven’t been working out I have been looking at new exercises. I want to start getting up early to do a work out before work. I will try tomorrow to get up and do the first workout. I hold no promises though. lol I will force myself to do so on Monday though.
Tomorrow night is going to be awesome! I will be spending all night and Saturday morning at a lock in with the teens at my church. I love helping out when it comes to the teens.
Goals for tomorrow:
1. 64 oz of water
2. Stay within calorie range
I guess that is it for tomorrow. It’s Friday, I never expect much from myself. lol

P.S. Even though I haven’t been doing much to lose weight, I can tell that my pants are fitting a little better!

so…i feel ya on the chocolate cravings! i have had a problem most of my life. that last few months i have limited myself to chocolate on 2 days a week — fridays and mondays for me — and THAT’S IT! it has helped my weight loss, curb my sweet tooth, and defeat my love of chocolate =) if i’m really craving chocolate on wednesday it really helps to think ‘hold out for two more days and then you can have some!’ good luck, it’s a hard addiction to break!
